FieldLink Wi-Fi Limited Warranty Disclaimer
FieldLink Wi-Fi products are sold without a FieldLink Wi-Fi manufacturer warranty.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FieldLink Wi-Fi makes no additional express warranty regarding the complete FieldLink Wi-Fi system including its assembly, protective case, configuration or integration of third-party components.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived or excluded under applicable law.
Third-Party Manufacturer Warranties
Certain components included with a FieldLink Wi-Fi system are manufactured by independent third parties and may be covered by warranties provided directly by their respective manufacturers.
Satellite connectivity equipment and portable battery or power equipment may carry separate manufacturer warranties. Those warranties are subject to each manufacturer’s current terms, exclusions, eligibility requirements and claims procedures.
Any third-party warranty is provided solely by the applicable manufacturer and not by FieldLink Wi-Fi.
Customers seeking warranty service for an individual third-party component should contact the applicable manufacturer directly.
FieldLink Wi-Fi does not determine whether a claim qualifies for third-party warranty coverage and cannot guarantee that a manufacturer will approve a warranty claim.
Connectivity & Service Performance
FieldLink Wi-Fi does not warrant or guarantee:
Specific internet speeds
Latency or response times
Network availability or uptime
Satellite coverage
Uninterrupted connectivity
Performance at any particular field or location
Actual performance may vary based on location, weather, physical obstructions, network congestion, satellite availability, third-party service availability, equipment configuration and other conditions outside FieldLink Wi-Fi’s control.
Third-Party Compatibility
Customers are responsible for maintaining any third-party subscriptions, accounts, software, hardware and services required for their intended use.
FieldLink Wi-Fi does not warrant or guarantee the continued compatibility, functionality or availability of any third-party hardware, software, video platform, replay system, scoring application, streaming service or other technology.
Third-party providers may change their products, requirements, pricing, functionality or services at any time.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for properly operating, charging, transporting and storing the FieldLink Wi-Fi system according to the instructions provided with the system and the applicable manufacturers’ instructions.
FieldLink Wi-Fi is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper charging, improper storage, unauthorized modifications or use outside the operating specifications of individual components.
Acceptance
By purchasing and using a FieldLink Wi-Fi product, the customer acknowledges that FieldLink Wi-Fi does not provide a manufacturer warranty for the complete system and that any available warranty protection for individual third-party components is governed by the applicable manufacturer’s warranty terms.

Return & Refund Policy
All Sales Are Final
Due to the custom assembly, configuration and nature of FieldLink Wi-Fi products, all sales are final.
FieldLink Wi-Fi does not accept returns or exchanges and does not provide refunds after an order has been fulfilled or shipped.
Customers are responsible for reviewing product specifications, compatibility requirements and applicable service requirements before completing a purchase.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives with physical shipping damage or you receive an incorrect item, please contact FieldLink Wi-Fi promptly after delivery with your order information and photographs documenting the issue.
FieldLink Wi-Fi will review documented shipping damage and fulfillment errors on a case-by-case basis.
This provision does not create a right to return, exchange or receive a refund for an otherwise correctly fulfilled order.
Third-Party Products & Services
FieldLink Wi-Fi systems may include hardware or rely on services manufactured, operated or provided by independent third parties.
Third-party products and services are subject to their respective manufacturers’ or service providers’ terms, policies, warranties and requirements.

Compatibility
Customers are responsible for confirming that FieldLink Wi-Fi meets their intended use and compatibility requirements before purchasing.
Changes made by third-party hardware, software or service providers after purchase do not qualify the product for a return, exchange or refund.
Order Cancellation
Because FieldLink Wi-Fi systems may be assembled and configured specifically for each order, an order may not be canceled once fulfillment or assembly has begun.
